Order Guide (Mobile)

It is so simple to place orders on our website. Before checking out an order, you must first register as a member (Free).

1. Registering as members: Click "Log In" at the top left part and fill in the basic information and then press "Submit"

2. Checkout (One-page Checkout):

1. Browse the product listing, go to your favourite product info pages, select the product option (color/size) and add them into the shopping cart by pressing "Add to Cart"

2. Over the shopping cart content page, review the contents and press "Go to Checkout"

3. Over the one-page final checkout page- You will see

3.2) Delivery Information

Please change to another shipping method if needed. Upon changing to another shipping method, the page will be refreshed with the new shipping method.

3.3) Payment Information

Please change to another payment method if needed. Upon changing to another payment method, the page will be refreshed with the new payment method.

4. Press "Confirm the order" to continue the checkout procedures ***IMPORTANT***.

4.1) For Payment Method of PayPal:

You will be directed to PayPal payment page for instant payment. After successful payment over PayPal, you will be directed back to our Checkout Success page. ***DO NOT close the window until you are directed back to our website, otherwise your order is NOT placed over our system.

If you have completed the PayPal payment successfully, you can enter into your Account then click View of the order to view the order details and see the order status of the order will be "Paid Waiting for process".

You will receive the order confirmation email from our system to your login email address.

4.2 For Payment Methods of Bank Transfer

You will be directed to the Checkout Success page directly with your order number shown.

You can enter your Account then click View of the order to view the order details and see the order status of the order will be "Waiting for payment".

You will receive the order confirmation email with bank account information for your payment use from our system to your login email address.

3. Notify us your payment (Only for Bank Transfer):

Please make the payment as soon as possible and go to your Account, then click View of the order to go to the order history page.

Please enter the payment info there and press Submit to notify us your payment.

Once your payment information is submitted, the order status of your order will be updated to "Payment Notification Done".

Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order and the order status of your order will be updated to "Paid Waiting for process".
